We want every owner and crew member to be able to use this site and the portal. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 at level AA.
1. What is built in
Keyboard access with visible focus, labeled buttons and forms, descriptive image text, high contrast type on a dark background, phone sized tap targets, a full Spanish version of key pages and the portal, and a motion switch. If your device asks for reduced motion, animations stay still.
2. Known limits
Some decorative animations and charts carry their meaning in nearby text rather than in the graphic itself. Some pages are English only. We review pages as we build them and fix barriers when we find them.
3. Report a barrier
Email admin@northstarintel.ai with the page and what got in the way. We reply within 5 business days and can provide the information another way while we fix it.
