Refund Policy
Effective 9 October 2026
This policy explains refunds for plans sold by North Star Intelligence LLC. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders and handles refunds.
1. 30 day money back guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This covers the setup fee and any monthly fee charged in that window.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by Paddle. Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on your receipt, or email admin@northstarintel.ai and we will help you start the request.
3. Cancelling your monthly plan
You can cancel the monthly plan any time. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for, and no further monthly fees are charged. Your decision records stay yours.
