Our promises

These are the promises we hold ourselves to. They are written down so you can hold us to them too.
1. What a first reading covers
We sit with you, in person in Cache Valley or by video call, and rank one real list of decisions from your business. Each decision gets a score, one owner, one next action and a due date. You keep the written receipt whether or not you hire us.
2. What we bring
The published scoring formula, the same one shown on the site. A private portal that only you and your team can see. Plain language in English, Spanish or Portuguese. Prices you can read on the Pricing page before you ever talk to us.
3. What we will never do
We will never sell or share your business data. We will never set a score by hand to make a decision look better. We will never invent results, client names or numbers. We will never charge you before a first reading is done and you have agreed to a plan.
4. If you leave
You can cancel the monthly plan any time and your records stay yours. Ask at admin@northstarintel.ai and we will send you a copy of your receipts.
