North Star Intel LLC is the operational intel foundation. It captures operating signals, scores a significant decision before it is made, assigns one owner, verifies the outcome, and keeps the lesson. EchoCody AI is the applied layer that carries that decision into governed customer conversations, CRM action, and a verified outcome. One loop, one operator accountable for both ends of it.

North Star Intel LLC is owned and operated by Cody Johnson of North Logan, Utah. He also owns and operates EchoCody AI. There are no outside owners, no undisclosed partners, and no affiliate arrangements behind the recommendations on this site.

Our mission

Operators do not lack data. They lack a straight answer about which call matters next and who owns it. Our mission is to make every significant operating decision scored, owned and verified, so the record of what happened is worth more than anyone's memory of it.

We are built in North Logan, Utah, for operators across the Mountain West who run real crews, real routes and real schedules. Utah is not a marketing angle here. It is the shop floor this work was shaped on.

How we serve clients

An engagement starts with a first reading. We read the operating signals you already produce, score the open decisions in front of you, and agree which one goes first with a named owner and a due date.

From there the loop runs. Records stay open until the outcome is checked against what was expected, and the gap between the score and the result is kept so the next reading starts further along. You keep your systems. We read them and score against them.

Founding engagements are handled directly by the owner. There is no sales floor and no handoff to an account team.
