What is an EVR?

A Verified Receipt is the written record of one decision. It names the signal, the score, one owner, the next action and the due time.

What closing states can it show?

Follow-up owned when the decision is clear and has an owner. Escalated when the case is uncertain and needs a higher call.

When is a receipt finished?

It stays open until the outcome is checked. That check is what makes it verified.

Does it put a dollar value on the decision?

No. A dollar value is only added when one is actually known.

Can I share it with my crew?

Yes. The receipt page has a print button for a clean paper or PDF copy, and a text button that sends the owner, next action and due time to your crew.
